We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run our business.

• Information you give us. If you email us or fill in a form, we receive your name, email address, and whatever you choose to include in your message.
• Website usage data. Our hosting provider records standard server logs — IP address, browser user agent, requested URL, and timestamp — for security and reliability. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies on this website.
• Application data. Data handled by an individual application is described in that application’s App Store privacy label and in any in-app privacy notice. Where an app stores data only on your device, we have no access to it.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction).

• To respond to enquiries and provide the services you asked for.
• To operate, secure, debug, and improve our website and applications.
• To send transactional messages, such as replies or service notices.
• To meet legal, accounting, and tax obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Where the GDPR applies, we process personal data on the basis of performance of a contract (delivering services you requested), our legitimate interests (running and securing our website and communicating with people who contact us), your consent where we ask for it, and compliance with legal obligations.

We rely on a small number of vendors to operate the business — for example website hosting, domain and DNS services, and email. These providers process data only on our instructions and under their own contractual confidentiality and security obligations. We do not grant them permission to use your information for their own purposes.

Email correspondence is retained while it remains relevant to an ongoing or prospective engagement and for as long as required for legal and accounting purposes. Server logs are retained for a short period by our hosting provider and then rotated out. When information is no longer needed, it is deleted.

Traffic to gohex.co is encrypted in transit with HTTPS. Access to the systems that hold correspondence and project data is restricted to the people who need it and protected with multi-factor authentication. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict certain processing, to receive a portable copy, and to withdraw consent. California residents may additionally request disclosure of the categories of personal information collected and may opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information — we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA.

GOHEX LLC is based in the United States, and information you send us will be processed there. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses, for transfers out of the EEA or UK.

Our website and applications may link to services we do not operate, including the Apple App Store. This policy does not cover those services, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on this page for a reasonable period.
