gohex.co is operated by GOHEX LLC, a limited liability company registered in California, United States. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean GOHEX LLC, and “you” means the person using the website or an application.

Subject to these terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use our applications for their intended purpose. Applications distributed through the Apple App Store are additionally subject to Apple’s Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement, which applies in addition to these terms.

You agree not to:

• Use our website or applications for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or interfere with their normal operation.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits it.
• Copy, resell, or redistribute our software or content without written permission.

Nothing on this website is an offer to enter into a contract. Client work is governed by a separate written agreement — a statement of work or services agreement — signed by both parties. Where that agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement takes precedence for that engagement.

All content on this website, including text, design, logos, and the GOHEX name, is owned by GOHEX LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. Ownership of work produced for a client is determined by the signed agreement for that engagement.

We aim to keep the website and our applications available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of them at any time, and we may update or discontinue an application in line with the policies of the store it is distributed through.

Except where prohibited by law, the website and our applications are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GOHEX LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising out of your use of the website or our applications. Our total liability for any claim relating to the website or a free application is limited to one hundred US dollars (USD 100). Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, in which case they apply to the fullest extent permitted.

Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised, and continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, unless applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
